When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, telephone number (with country code), and, where given, your email address, the nature of your enquiry, your budget and any message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical data needed to serve and secure the pages, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage information.
We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent and the steps taken at your request. Technical and security data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, functioning website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
We share data only with trusted providers who help us operate the site, acting as our processors under appropriate agreements, including Netlify (website hosting and secure processing of form submissions) and Google Fonts (delivery of the typefaces used on the site, which may involve your browser requesting fonts from Google's servers). Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain your enquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and manage our relationship with you, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.
This website does not use advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider to deliver the site securely. You can block or delete cookies through your browser at any time, the site will continue to work.
